Until today, all project documentation was created and distributed using standard mail. As off 21 may the www.tenalea.com website provides public and private folders for all project documentation. All documents created during the project have been uploaded, as well as those produced during the negotiation phase and proposal stage.

 

For future documents and deliverables, the documents repository are the shared workspace for project partners. The system provides access control to restrict access to those users qualified,  source control to prevent users from simultaneously editing the same document, draft sharing to share a draft version of a document, and publishing to  while still providing access to the last published version, leaving the published version available to the readers audience.
